Product return policy

1. Return Policy and Product Change Policy

- Customer must check if they match their original order when they are picked up. He is also required to test the product he has purchased without removing the accompanying tabs to make sure the product meets his order. If the product is a replacement, the control should be done without being used on a vehicle , (otherwise the product is not in the same condition as it was delivered and its return can not be accepted).

- If he decides to change a product, he informs us immediately by email at support@sdsmotorsports.com or by phone 6974819908 , informing us of the reason of return.

- A prerequisite for returning any product is to accompany it with the original proof of purchase.

- If the product is not accompanied by proof of purchase, the change can not be accepted under any circumstances.

- To accept the products to be replaced, you must:

  • No labels removed

  • Do not miss and have not undergone any modification or accompanying packaging that is part of the product. For this reason, labels or wrapping strips must not be attached to it.

- Product shipment must be within 14 business days of receipt . Return shipping costs are charged to the customer except in the case of a defective product or shipping a wrong product.

- If the customer has chosen the new product that he wants to send to us and has informed us about it and if the product is of equal or greater value than his original purchase, we send the new product to the address has been given to us during his / her registration within 14 working days.

2. Return Policy for Defective Products

                       

- SDS Motorsports packs all the products in the best possible way to reach their destination without damage. If the customer receives a product that has suffered serious damage to its packaging and has adversely affected the product, then you should contact us to discuss the return of the product.

                       

- Defective is considered a product that has a proven and obvious manufacturing error. Products that are damaged due to wear and tear after one month of purchase are not considered defective.

                       

- Please note that SDS Motorsports , in the event of a defect dispute, has the right to return the products to the manufacturer for review to determine whether the defect is constructive or not. This of course takes up to 10-15 business days. However, SDS Motorsports will try to serve and inform the customer of the process as soon as possible.
